administrative assistant for career and technical education for
Alpine school district who is married to a professional
bodybuilder, mom to two boys, and who went pro at her 19th
competition.

from losing her brother to addiction to grieving other family
members and pets. Nicole vulnerably shares her perspective on
addiction and those who suffer.
Nicole shares how she has been able to fall in love with
bodybuilding, how she got into lifting, what she did to build so
much muscle, and how she has been able to avoid burnout.
She also talks about how she was able to begin embracing her body
after having two 10lb babies that left her with stretch marks all
over her body. Nicole talks about getting a tummy tuck, looking
past the scars, and putting a bikini on for the first
time.
