Junior Nationals and works as a full-time pharmacist.

Amy tells us how she is doing this prep differently, how not focusing on an end date has relieved some pressure for her, and what inspired her to keep it to herself for awhile.
We also dig into how she learned that leaner isn't always better, the feedback the judges gave her and the last minute posing changes she made with Kenny Wallach that she believes helped her to win her pro card.
