Today, I speak with Lithuanian IFBB Pro Laura Stalinkeviciute, a fitness coach who works with women online, design training programs, meal plans. She shares her own journey, workouts, and tips on Instagram in hopes to inspire and help more girls along the way. She used to compete in IFBB Elite, but in 2021 switched to NPC and won her pro card at her first show! She has her own Fitness Clothing brand, DEERFORCE, where she sells activewear and glute bands. She loves traveling and meeting like-minded people. 

 

Laura shares why it’s important to work with a coach even if you are a coach and how she has learned through trial and error over the years. She really wants to help other believe in themselves. You don’t want to miss this interview!
